fresh breakfast relaxing pool helpful staff

The breakfast was AMAZING!!! the variety was very nice, and everything tasted so fresh. the pools were also a highlight. I loved how many different areas there were for swimming and relaxing. the super nice team.

The gym could use a little cooler air. It got pretty warm during my workout.

fresh pancakes separate sinks free shuttle

the breakfast buffet included made-to-order eggs and fresh pancakes the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the hotel provided a free hourly shuttle to the beach club and bali collection.

the hotel only had a couple of worn-out towels near the pool

clear allergens friendly staff excellent location warm pool water outdoor cafe no adults-only pool

The restaurant menus clearly marked allergens for each dish! This made managing my food allergies stress-free. Staff were always checking in. They wanted to ensure I had a good day! The location is excellent, and it's easy to walk to the beach, markets, and Bali Collection.

The pool water felt too warm, almost like bathwater. It wasn't refreshing at all. The cafe, Momo, should be indoors with air conditioning. I think an adults-only pool could be beneficial to some guests.

slow service quiet atmosphere

I was a little disappointed. The food service was slow. It took about thirty minutes to get drinks. the absence of evening entertainment was felt. There was no music at the bar, resulting in a very quiet atmosphere (i expected a little more energy).
